About These Terms
This website is operated by Edition Cases, LLC, trading as EDITION. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from EDITION. Shopify provides the platform on which our store operates.

Using the Store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, infringe intellectual property rights, introduce harmful code, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts or systems without permission.
Our Artworks
EDITION sells physical art prints, with framing options where specified. Product pages identify the artwork, artist, materials, available sizes, and edition information. Original artworks, digital files, signatures, and numbering are included only when expressly stated in the listing.
Open-edition prints have no fixed edition limit. A limited edition will be identified with its edition size and relevant details. The word EDITION in our brand name does not indicate that every work is limited.
Screen settings can affect colour. Natural wood grain and finish may vary between frames. Product photographs may show a particular size or configuration; check the options you select before checkout. Mat openings, image dimensions, paper sizes, and outer frame dimensions may differ.
Orders and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed at checkout. Your selected artwork, size, frame, mat, and delivery address determine the order we produce.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may contact you if payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, a material listing or pricing error is discovered, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud. We will explain any proposed change and obtain your agreement before changing the product or charging an additional amount. If an order cannot be fulfilled or is canceled by us, we will refund the amount paid for the affected items and associated charges.
Price and product changes apply to future orders and do not change an accepted order without your agreement.
Production, Shipping, and Returns
Works are made to order. Production and transit estimates, delay handling, and delivery support are set out in our Shipping Policy. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, cancellations, damage claims, and refunds. Contact us promptly if an order needs attention.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
Copyright in the artworks remains with the relevant artist or rights holder. Purchasing a physical print gives you ownership of that object; it does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute copies, license, or commercially exploit the image.
Website text, design, photography, logos, and other materials are owned by EDITION or used with permission. Any use beyond what applicable law permits requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Artist Submissions
If you submit a portfolio or artwork for consideration, you confirm that you are entitled to share it. Submission alone does not create a representation, licensing, or publishing agreement. Any collaboration and permission to produce or sell work will be agreed separately in writing.
External Services and Links
The site may link to artists’ websites and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Contact EDITION for help with an order purchased through this store.
Site Availability and Responsibility
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but temporary interruptions and errors can occur. Please contact us if information appears incorrect. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or unlawful activity.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or removes your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable United States federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If an issue arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to remedies available under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
